Registration is now open and will close in December 2025.

Early bird rates will apply until 15 October 2025.

Upon registration, you can choose your ticket type. The standard fee for the 3-day conference is €400, including the welcome reception, coffee breaks, and lunches. Discounts are available for Master and PhD students. Participants are invited to join additional social events, such as Tuesday conference dinner. While one or two-day registrations are possible, we recommend attending all three days for the best experience and value.

We invite participants to contribute to a solidarity fund that helps scientists and policymakers from underrepresented regions join the conversation on resilience. You can opt to sponsor part or all of a registration fee for a colleague in need.

ICRS 2026 Cancellation Policy 

All refunds requests must be in writing by mail to the Conference Secretary as soon as possible. The Conference committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or all of the fee in the case of late cancellation. However, each case of cancellation would be considered individually.

Please find the general ICRS26 Cancellation Policy in the following:

  • If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institute/organization.
  • Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to another event, then the following refund arrangement applies:
  1. To process a refund, we might kindly ask for documentation or evidence supporting the reason for withdrawal (e.g., a medical certificate or other relevant proof).
  2. Refunds will be calculated after deducting the administrative costs associated with registration and any fixed expenses that have already been committed to the conference organization.
  3. Refunds will not be possible once the conference has already started.
